Class Description:
(7.5-hours of continuing education credit by the Department of Local Government Finance)
Students will learn the characteristics of neighborhoods, learn how boundaries are determined, and learn influence value. Economic principles and their effect on neighborhoods will be addressed. The course will also address the various neighborhood valuation techniques and appropriate methods for analyzing a neighborhood.
